Shipping & Returns

1.The in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
2. Out of stock items are shipped as soon as new stocks are received from our suppliers. We will notify you if an item is out of stock with an estimated shipping date. Such a notification is made either via the website or via e-mail. Therefore it is important for you to provide us with a correct e-mail address for the notification process to work well.
3. Most shipments are done by UPS ground and in some cases USPS (United States Postal Service) priority service is used. If you require an expedited shipping service, please fill in your order and then call,email, or mention in the order notes section, when do you want your product to be delivered. We will contact you to confirm the new shipping costs before finalizing your order.
4. If you are an Atlanta resident you can chose in-store pickup and no shipping would be charged for the product, but there is a Sales tax of6% that would be charged to you. You can call or e-mail us to schedule a pick-up.
5. Cricket equipment is not guaranteed against breakage and/or damage.Once an item is used it is not returnable. Any bat which is seasoned and/or knocked-in at your request is also not returnable.
6. However, if for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly return your money or apply your credit to another purchase of your choice within 30 days of the purchase date.Original shipping cost and Return shipping cost will be charged to you.
7. If the product is damaged when you receive it we should be notified within 3 days of receipt. We assure you that every product shipped fromCricketstore4u is thoroughly checked for any defective or damage conditions and all products are procured directly from manufacturers.
